Preventing Listeriosis: A Foodborne Disease reviews the incidence of listeria, the foodborne disease, and the populations that are at risk. The presentation includes the foods that are likely to contain listeria, the symptoms and prevention methods. General recommendations to reduce food safety risks are reviewed along with proper handling, holding and cooking foods to appropriate temperatures.
